Attorneys at Law
Effective August 14, 2026
Iron Gate Law Group ("the firm," "we," "us") operates irongate.legal. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect only the information you provide through our client intake form: your name, telephone number, email address, member ID, the state your matter arises in, the type of matter, and your description of the matter. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking of any kind on this website.
We use your information solely to evaluate your matter, to communicate with you about it, and to provide legal services if we accept your case. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your matter.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party. Your telephone number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with anyone.
If you check the optional text message box on our intake form, you consent to receive text messages from Iron Gate Law Group about your matter, including case status updates and requests for information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of representation or of submitting the intake form, and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting your matter.
Communications you send to this firm, whether through the intake form, by email, or by text message, are treated as confidential and privileged to the fullest extent provided by law — whether or not the firm ultimately accepts your case. Declining a matter does not release the firm from its duty of confidentiality to a prospective client.
Please note that confidentiality is not the same as representation. No attorney-client relationship is formed until we confirm in writing that we are accepting your matter. This section describes how we treat what you tell us; it does not by itself make us your attorneys.
Intake submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems available only to firm personnel and the attorney assigned to your state. We retain client and prospective client information for the period required by our professional and recordkeeping obligations.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy. Any revision takes effect when posted here, and the effective date above will change.
