Submitting the intake form, sending us email, or exchanging text messages does not create an attorney-client relationship. No such relationship exists unless and until we confirm in writing that we are accepting your matter and a written engagement agreement is signed. How we treat the information you send us before that point is described in our Privacy Policy.
If your matter involves a deadline, hearing date, or statute of limitations within the next five business days, we will not be able to accept it. Do not wait on our response. Contact another attorney immediately so your deadline is protected.
Program. Iron Gate Law Group sends text messages to clients and prospective clients about their matters, including case status updates and requests for information. This is not a marketing program and we send no promotional messages.
Enrollment. You are enrolled only if you check the optional text message box on our intake form. Consent is not a condition of representation or of submitting the form.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the activity in your matter. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out does not affect your matter; we will simply reach you by email or telephone instead.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call (844) 707-7774.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on text messaging for time-sensitive matters.
Do not use this website to submit false information, to submit information on behalf of another person without authority, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
